I'm pleased to introduce you to my new show, Carnesky’s Tarot Drome, which is available for bookings from 2013.
Carnesky’s Tarot Drome is a revelatory journey in which you pick your own living tarot cards. It had a successful first outing, attracting large audiences and good reviews in September this year as part of the London 2012 Festival.
For touring, Carnesky’s Tarot Drome has two models that might be of interest to you:
The first is the full two-hour large-scale promenade show where surreal living installations, a live art-rock band and highly charged roller skating routines take you on a journey through the tarot pack. The audience interact with living tarot cards in order to obtain a dynamic personal card reading. This can take place in galleries, theatres or site-specific spaces such as warehouses, disused railway tunnels or industrial spaces.
The second model takes the form of a thirty minute sideshow experience in which audience members receive a three-card reading delivered through personal interactions, spectacular group numbers and written fortunes on exit. This takes place in a large round tent with a painted facade and can be performed up to six times a day.
